Brother Captain Proctius of the 101st Assault Squadron, Order of the White Templars

made this a few years back when i was still active in the warhammer scene. i had a black templars army but i kinda didnt feel the challenge of painting my army just black so for special units, i decided to paint them white. This was my captain for my assault squad and i'm really proud of it. I had recently purchased a small display case and figured to finally take a photo of some of my warhammer 40k figs
Back when i was still active in the hobby, i took pride in having at least one modification per unit. As a result of this pledge (lol), i made my marines look like they had fallout power armor helms by putting a cut out sprue bit on the face mask and shaving it a bit to give it that closed helm feel. A few guys at the hobby shop commented about how the helms no longer had an exhaust tho.. eep my marines dont breathe >.> (fallout is one of my fav games, love the power armor look and the game was a major inspiration when i was painting my figurines) Also liked adding some sort of loincloth to the figs by using some paper, super gluing them on the fig then painting them and adding detail.

Nope still not even close to the proper White Templar Chapter Iconography, suggest still that you find a new name for your Chapter
